My name is Karen Weinfurtner, and I founded Elite Home Sales Academy (EHSA) because I saw a need for personalized, results-driven coaching for New Home Sales Professionals. After years of experience in the industry, I realized that many Sales Professionals were looking for more than just general advice—they wanted focused, one-on-one guidance to help them master their craft and achieve real success.
